Come join snarko! paint, draw, whatever your flavor. All are open to multiple medias—people have brought encaustics!—and multiple skill levels. NOTE: most will NOT accept turpentine nor turpenoid for oil painters: Gamsol by Gamblin, or similar non-toxic solvent is acceptable.

Austin Art Mob Currently meets weekly; all media welcome, but space is limited. Participating artists decide collectively on themes, props, and show ideas.

Night Moves Art (formerly Pump Project) See website/join newsletter for schedule and location details (occasionally a different building). Live studio models from 5 seconds to more than 2 hours; all skill levels welcome: occasional instruction offered. If you make a mess like snarko!, bring a tarp: environment has other people's artwork hanging.
